A 195.632-hectare estate in the parish of Perais, in the municipality of Vila Velha de Ródão, in Castelo Branco.
Located just 4 km from the center of Perais and 10 km from the center of Vila Velha de Ródão, this estate borders the River Tagus on one of its fronts, as well as the Ribeira da Ferradura, which has a wild river beach.
Three small streams run through the property and there are also two small artificial lakes.
There are rustic buildings in need of restoration and electricity. Water comes from a borehole, nine wells and an irrigation tank.

A 23-hectare olive grove, a cork oak and holm oak forest, fig trees, a vineyard, a citrus orchard, a eucalyptus grove, a pine forest, rainfed and irrigated arable land, pastures, a vegetable garden and wildlife.
There is also a hunting area with permission granted for this purpose.
Some companies in the energy sector have already expressed interest in the property, given its viability for renewable energy projects (solar and wind) and its strategic location in relation to the REN gas pipeline station, which is expected to become an infrastructure for future hydrogen production in our country.
About Vila Velha de Ródão:
It is located to the south of the municipality of Castelo Branco and its main accesses are the A23, the IP2 and the IC8. It has a valuable heritage of rock and natural art. Examples of this are the Portas de Ródão, one of the seven natural monuments classified by the Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests, topped by the tower of King Wamba's castle, a classified monument with a viewpoint offering breathtaking views.
